Return & Refund Policy

Returns:
We offer returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging).
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- For wrong orders or items purchased by mistake, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@luxevogue.net with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@luxevogue.net with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RAN).
- Package Your Return: Securely package your items, including the original receipt or proof of purchase, and the return authorization number on the package.

- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the return is due to a wrong order.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@luxevogue.net. We will investigate the issue and offer a solution, which may include a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Shipping Information:
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within Germany. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and transit time is typically between 3-8 business days, for a total delivery time of 4-11 business days. Please note that our order cut-off time for processing is 5:00 pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
