1. Where do you ship?

We currently offer free shipping within Germany only. We are working on expanding our shipping options to other countries in the future, so please stay tuned for updates!

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders within Germany, regardless of the order amount. There are no hidden fees, and you won’t be charged extra for shipping.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

We process orders within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-8 business days after processing. Your total delivery time is generally between 4-11 business days.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Our cut-off time for orders is 5:00 pm (CET). Any orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

5. How can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is confirmed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@luxevogue.net. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to make changes or cancel it.

6. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Can I return my item?

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact.

  • Return Shipping: If you made a wrong order, the return shipping cost is your responsibility. We will process your return and issue a refund once we receive the item.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

8. What items are non-returnable?

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and sale items may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description before purchasing to ensure the item can be returned.

9. How do I initiate a return?

14. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, all items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

15. Can I use more than one discount code?

Discount codes cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Please check our website for any ongoing promotions or offers.
